Governance

How we are governed

As a listed company, Transpek publishes its corporate governance report, board committee composition, related-party transaction policy, code of conduct and whistle-blower policy. These are maintained on the Investors pages alongside our financial results.

Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Composition and terms of reference are published in the annual report.

A code of conduct applies to directors and senior management, covering conflicts of interest, confidentiality, insider trading and fair dealing.

A vigil mechanism allows employees and directors to report genuine concerns, with direct access to the chairman of the Audit Committee.

Shareholder grievances are handled by the Company Secretary and monitored by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. See the Investor Grievances page for the escalation route.
