All Transpek products are manufactured at our Ekalbara plant, 25 km from the corporate office in Vadodara. The plants are deliberately multipurpose and multiproduct.
Our Ekalbara site runs dedicated multipurpose, multiproduct plants. That configuration is what allows a catalogue of 29 products — and a much larger set of contract-manufactured molecules — to be produced economically without a dedicated train for each one.
We maintain our own engineering team covering process scale-up, plant design, erection and commissioning. Keeping that capability internal shortens the path from a laboratory route to a commercial campaign, and means the people who designed a plant are the people who run it.
Transpek offers both contract manufacturing and job-work arrangements, providing cost-effective solutions for customers who need our chemistry but not their own asset. We have executed projects for international customers across pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and specialty chemicals.
