Life at Transpek

Chemistry is a team sport

Handling chlorine and sulphur safely at scale, every day, depends on people who are trained, careful and willing to speak up. That shapes our culture more than anything else.

Our culture

Safety first is a habit, not a poster

Our mission commits us to human resource management alongside safety, environment and social responsibility. In practice that means structured training, clear procedures, and an expectation that anyone can stop a job they believe is unsafe.

It also means long tenures. Much of our process knowledge is not in a manual — it sits with engineers and operators who have run these reactions for years, and who train the people who come after them.

Learn the chemistry properly

Structured induction and on-the-job training on chlorine and sulphur handling, before independent working.

Own your process

Engineers take responsibility for a process end to end — from hazard study through commissioning to steady-state running.

Speak up

Near-miss and unsafe-condition reporting is expected and acted on, not penalised.

Grow with the plant

Our own engineering team handles scale-up, plant design, erection and commissioning — so there is real project work to grow into.

Photography neededThis page and the Careers page are the two places where real photographs matter most: the plant, the laboratory, the control room and people at work. Supply landscape images at 1600 px wide or larger and they will drop into the gallery and card layouts already built here.
