Develop and optimise routes to new acid chlorides and alkyl chlorides, working alongside the engineering team that will scale them.
What you will do
- Route scouting and laboratory optimisation for customer molecules
- Impurity profiling and analytical method development
- Prepare scale-up packages and technology transfer documents
- Support kilo-lab and pilot campaigns
What we are looking for
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
- Hands-on experience with moisture-sensitive and hazardous reagents
- Familiarity with GC, HPLC and NMR interpretation
