Own a chlorination process end to end — from hazard study and operating procedure through commissioning to steady-state running.
What you will do
- Run and optimise thionyl chloride and acid chlorination processes
- Participate in HAZOP and process hazard reviews
- Support scale-up of new products from R&D into the plant
- Drive yield, selectivity and energy-intensity improvement
What we are looking for
- B.E. or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Experience in specialty or fine chemicals manufacturing
- Working knowledge of process safety in hazardous chemistry
